Dear Grade 3C Families,

Thank you to our volunteers for running a
station during PET building on Tuesday.
The children had a fun time creating their
ultimate playground! If you have not paid
$15 for the PET workshop, please visit
your MyCBE Account or send cash to your
child’s teacher. Thank you!

We have been discussing Remembrance Day

 and taking part in activities.

In Math: We continue to work on place value of 

digits in numbers to 1000 with regrouping. Ask 

your child about the “Switcheroo” game.

In Science: We continue to build our team
communities and discuss what a community
needs. This ties in well as we look at other
countries such as; the Ukraine, India, Peru
and Tunisia in Social class.

Dates:

Nov 11- Remembrance Day- No school

Nov 19- Crime Not to Read  Country Hills 

Library (Vivo) visit 1:15-3:15pm. Please sign 

and return the off campus field trip form that 

was sent home on Wednesday.

Nov 21 and 22- Student led conferences open
to book Nov 15 at 4pm

Nov 28- School gathering and giving
at 6:30pm- more info to come
